Hunan Yushen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003, covers an area of 12000㎡, has more than 200 employees, is a production of stainless steel and nickel alloy tube & forgings, wholesale and material processing large-scale industrial company.

Raw materials: We are the domestic agent of Tisco, Zpss, SKS, ESS, Posco and Tsingshan, and build a long-term cooperative relationship with OUTKUMPU, SMC, ATI, Haynes, NSC, Nippon Yakin and other famous foreign steel mills.

Production: YuShen have two production lines for pipe and forgings. Equipped with leading automatic welding production line, seamless pipe cold drawing machines, modern physical and chemical testing center, the German ALD 6 tons of vacuum induction furnace, 6 tons of vacuum consumable furnace, 18 tons of protective atmosphere ingot electroslag furnace and 2 ton vacuum induction furnace, 3 tons of electroslag furnace, 18 tons of evacuated ingot electroslag furnace, and 30 tons LF furnace / Purification furnace / AOD / LF / VOD refining production line, 25MN / 8MN fast forging machine, 450/320 rolling mill and so on.

ONE-STOP service, we also provide beveling, polishing, welding, hemming, bending, drilling, cutting, rolling and some finished product processing, such as tanks, etc. Our products are widely used for industries of petroleum, chemical engineering, nuclear power, marine vessel metallurgy, sewage disposal, aviation and aerospace etc.

Quality Assurance: Our laboratory can perform all the test including Chemical Composition Test, Machanical Properties Test, Hydrostatic Test, Eddy Current Test, Ultrasonic Test, 100% X-ray Test, Impact Test, Hardness Test, Flattening Test and so on. YuShen has been certificated by ISO 9001 2015, as well as PED and we can ensure the products are 100% inspected before delivery. If necessary, we can accept the third party inspect, like SGS, BV, TUV.
